We KNOW that mistakes in orders are the rule as opposed to the exception, unreturned phone calls are commonplace and unanswered questions considered standard operating procedure.

Our Mission

Our goal is a pretty lofty one. We're out to become the new standard against which all other on premise signage is judged and compared. We know our product is superior and delivers a solid return on investment. In every instance where a Change-a-Brill has appeared in a window or a store aisle, sales have increased. The only thing standing between us and achieving our goal is customer service. Things like, how we answer the phone, making sure every order is handled perfectly, living up to every expectation of every client will determine our fate.
